Walk My Dog connects pet owners with local, trusted dog walkers through a simple, reliable booking experience.

The Challenge
Most service apps ask users to think too hard before they trust them. The challenge was designing something that felt safe and simple before a single walker profile was ever viewed.

The Idea
A calm, nature-inspired visual system, paired with a short, low-friction booking flow, so trust is established by the design itself, not just the reviews.

What I Did

Designed the full concept, including UX flow, UI structure, and visual direction. Ran informal competitive research across pet service apps to identify friction points. Used Figma and Illustrator to build wireframes through high-fidelity UI.

Outcome
A self-directed exploration of how visual design alone can build emotional trust in a transactional app experience.
